The venue is the Basingstoke Sports and Social Club, on Bounty Road, Basingstoke RG21 3DR. It is walking distance from the town centre, bus routes and the railway station, there is no event parking but there are many places to park nearby – the long stay at Southern Road (RG21 7NP) is the closest.

We are intending to go CASHLESS, so all drinks will be paid for contactless by card, or you can buy tokens on entry for cash or card.
Can I bring children?
Children can come on Saturday afternoon – and entry will be free for them if accompanied by a paying adult. While they are welcome, please be aware that this isn’t really a family event with no entertainment aimed at children. No under 18’s on Friday or entry after 6pm on Saturday, all under 18’s should leave the site by 8pm on Saturday.
I don’t really like real ale, is there anything else to drink?
YES! As well as the wide selection of real ales, there will be lagers and craft ales, a range of ciders including fruit ciders and a wine and gin bar, so if all else fails you can enjoy a glass of Prosecco! There will also be soft drinks available.
Are there any concessions?

No, at this stage we do not anticipate any on the gate ticket sales.

Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will put you in touch with our recruitment team. You can work Friday or Saturday – or both days.
Can I hire a stall space at the event?
Please download the application form and information and send to email@example.com and we will be in touch. Use of single use plastic by stallholders is not allowed. Electric supply is not available.
I have a band that would like to perform at the event, how do I get in touch?
Please get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org who are putting together the music programme. There is huge demand from bands wanting to play so please don’t be disappointed if you are not selected to perform.
