Countdown to this year's event on Thursday, June 4, 2026
The A Place to be Proud of Awards recognise the contributions made by individuals, groups, organisations, places and initiatives that make our borough a diverse, vibrant community and a great place to live and do business. Individual categories are sponsored by locally-based businesses.
Every year, we are amazed and humbled by the array of people and organisations nominated by those that have benefitted from their important work in the community, and we are proud to recognise and thank them with these awards.
