Plans are well advanced to refurbish The Malls Shopping Centre in order to bring it up to the standard of its adjacent neighbour - Festival Place.

Basing View Regeneration

Proposals to regenerate Basing View by enhancing its strategic position as one which lies within easy walking distance of the town centre, Basingstoke railway station and other transport links.
