Terms and Conditions of Advertising with Destination Basingstoke

Please read the following before reserving your advertising space.

1. Reservations made on the on line form are not guaranteed until confirmation has been received that space is available.
2. Adverts costs £50(+vat) each per month. You can not make a a reservation for less than 3 months. This price is fixed until 31 March 2010.
   
3. Artwork for the advert must be supplied in an appropriate format (.jpg or.gif) and size (400x82 pixels) 2 weeks before the start of the month when the advert is first due to appear.
   
4. There are 10 advertising slots each month, shown in rotation in the same space. The advert space is at the top of every page within the www.destinationbasingstoke.co.uk site, the adverts will change in rotation each time a page is refreshed, giving each advertsier equal visibility.
5. There will be a  hyper link between the advert and a web site of your choice. Advertisers must provide the address of the required hyper link with their artwork.
   
6. Advertisers will be invoiced as their advert goes live, Destination Basingstoke reserves the right to remove adverts that have not been paid for by the end of the first month.
7. Advertisers can have more than one advert at a time, but each set of artwork should be reserved separately, and is subject to a minimum of 3 months.
   
8. In the unlikely event of confirmed reserved space not being available as agreed, then advertisers will be first offered an alternative slot and if this is not suitable, a refund.
9. Destination Basingstoke reserves the right to refuse advertisers even when space is has been confirmed, if their advert or linked web site is considered inappropriate to the target audience of the site.
10. In the event of advertisers competing for the same space preference will be given to advertisers based locally, perk suppliers or other partners and supporters of Destination Basingstoke.
